Who we are

What we collect and why

Contact form enquiries. We collect your name, email, location and message to reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (answering people who contact us), or steps taken at your request before a contract. We keep this data for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.

Website usage data (Google Analytics). We collect the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, the site you came from, and an online identifier set by cookies. We use it to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep this data for [analytics retention period, e.g. 14 months].

Client and billing records. If you hire us, we keep the details needed to deliver the services, invoice you and maintain our accounts. Our legal basis is contract and legal obligation. We keep these records for 6 years.

Search performance data (Google Search Console). We use it to see how our site appears in Google search. It does not identify individual visitors. Our legal basis is legitimate interests, and Google holds the data under its own settings.

We do not collect more than this through the website, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the website and the business, under data processing terms:

• Framer, which hosts our website and receives contact form submissions.

• Google, for Google Analytics and Search Console.

International transfers

We are based in the UK, and some of our providers process data in the United States or other countries outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Children

Our website is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
